Great company, great service! Castro accepted my tow call after AV tow declined via AAA. Alex showed up in record time, very professional, fast and efficient, all around good guy. I was super grateful after battling AAA for 3 hrs. I will be requesting Castro everytime I call AAA, hope you do too.

I received exceptional service from Rolando yesterday. I was working in Ridgecrest yesterday and my fleet car got a flat tire on the 14. Rolando was prompt, friendly and just provided all around great service! My phone was almost dead and he even had a charger I could use on the ride to Bakersfield. Once we arrived in Bakersfield, Rolando made sure I was able to leave the fleet car and get to my own car safely.

Olgar Sandoval is a GEM of a human being! Our car broke down on Interstate 5 on a busy Friday afternoon. Olgar arrived expeditiously, with a fantastically helpful attitude. He made a quick assessment and then towed us for repair in time to arrive at an important event! Not only did he ensure that our car was fixed quickly by an excellent crew, he went above and beyond to call us and make sure we arrived safely at our destination. When my car got a flat the lady on the phone was very nice and caring kept me updated on things like location of the driver and asking if I was ok and safe. When the tow truck driver got there they were very polite and the tow trucks were very nice and clean and they even offered me a water which was very appreciative especially in the Mojave heat. I would 100% call this company when dealing with these kinds of situations.

Fabie Martinez provided great service. She walked me through every step, and was very patient through out. Very helpful, and courteous. I wish all tow yards had personel like her. I would highly recommend Castro towing.

Rolando was dispatched to pick up my truck at Edwards AFB, which had a lower ball joint failure. He communicated in a timely manner, was knowledgeable in base access, had the right solutions for putting my truck on, and getting it back off the sled when the wheel was stuffed in the fender well. He had a very good attitude, was a very skilled driver, and helped make a bad day better. Thanks.

Amazing! The Driver Luis came and helped me and he was super sweet and even looked at my car to see any issues before he towed me to the machanics! Also the dispatcher Fabi was so patient and caring on the phone. Especially when another tow place I called tried to rip me off! Hoping nothing like this happens again but IF it does I will definitely call Castro!

Had my small RV towed today. They showed up real fast and was super friendly on the phone when they let me know the ETA. Got me loaded up quickly and got me to the mechanic very fast. Highly recommend using Castro towing!
